Natural Health Exam - This exam is a comprehensive study of the human body using observation skills from the Orient and Europe. It is a preventative approach focusing on organ system efficiency and cleansing. For each client the exam consists of a combination of alternative modalities; Iridology, Tongue analysis, Facial Observation, Pulse analysis, a Japanese Hara technique, Kinesiology Muscle Testing, Remedy testing, and Natural Treatment plan recommendations.

Lymphatic Acupressure - Lymphatic Acupressure is a specialized body work technique that applies repetitive acupressure at lymph node sites and acupressure along the meridians adjacent to lymph vessels. This is an energetic method that stimulates the movement of lymph fluid. This therapy assists with inflammation due to numerous heath complaints such as sinusitis, arthritis, gastritis, back pain, neck pain and more.

Reiki - Reiki is a touch therapy method that uses chi (energy) to bring balance and improve health. The practitioner applies a light touch to the client or works slightly above the body in the client’s energy field. This approach to energy healing connects with the subtle energy of life to feed and balance the body’s own subtle energy system, leading to greater well-being. During a session the mind and body attains a peaceful, restful state which empowers the body’s natural healing abilities to occur. During a session the client relaxes on a massage table, staying fully dressed with their shoes off.

Acupressure - Acupressure uses light to moderate pressure which is applied to acupuncture points with the thumb, fingers, palms, forearms and elbows. Acupressure helps to bring the body into balance.

Acu-Reiki - The use of Acupressure combined with Reiki. This therapy combination balances energy systems, provides relaxation and supports health. It also works on the energy systems to clear blockages and helps put the body back in balance.

Cranial Sacral Therapy - CST is a holistic healing assessment and technique that uses light acupressure and gentle touch to balance the cranium, spine, and sacral area which includes the nerve ganglion sites, cerebral spinal fluid, and soft tissues of the central nervous system. This therapy helps the spine become more limber and causes cerebral spinal fluid to move more freely thereby balancing the central nervous system. It treats neck pain, headaches, stiffness, back pain, TMJ, sciatica, and more.

Magnet Therapy - Magnetic therapy, also called magnetic field therapy and bioenergy therapy, is an alternative therapy that uses magnets of varying sizes and strengths that are placed on the body to relieve pain and treat disease. Thin metal magnets are attached to the body alone or in groups. In a therapy session the magnets are applied to the skin and left in place from 20 to 60 minutes. Magnets have been reported to stimulate metabolism, increase the amount of oxygen available to cells, and create a less acidic environment within the body. Conditions treated include arthritis, circulatory disorders, nerve pain, inflammation, insomnia, muscle pain, neuropathy, sciatica, and to increase energy.

Aromatherapy Acupressure/Consultation and Treatment - Essential oils have been used for hundreds of years for perfume, and therapeutic purposes. Therapeutic essential oils are concentrated essences of medicinal plants which can affect the human body physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. With Shelley's first consult with you she will make recommendations. After the assessment she will provide an Aromatherapy Acupressure session. Aromatherapy Acupressure is a healing technique using therapeutic essential oils that are dropped along the spine and then worked into the surrounding tissue. Some call this the Raindrop Technique.
