Licensed Massage Therapist

Nadia has been licensed massage therapist in the state of Maryland since 2007. She graduated with a degree of international business from Northern Virginia Community College in 1996, then studied Massage therapy at Anna Visage Virginia.

Nadia has worked in the spa industry since 1993, she has also worked for several years helping patients of chiropractors, physical therapists, and pain management doctors by working on specific areas of pain for better results. She also works on clients helping to reduce stress, tension headaches, migraines or simply to just relax.

Ndia's therapies help clients with:

  • Reducing pain
  • Rehabilitating an Increasing healing from injury
  • Reducing blood pressure and lowering heart rate
  • Increasing oxygen to the brain
  • Relieves muscle tension
  • Decreasing the production of cortisol (stress hormone)
  • Increasing oxytocin hormone which is associated with feeling good and relaxing (endorphin)
  • Positive thinking, revitalizing, reorganizing, reenergizing

Nadia provides several different modalities including:

  • Swedish Massage which is light to firm pressure for general relaxation and minor aches from tension.
  • Deep tissue Massage adds firmer or deeper pressure to target specific areas of pain
  • Prenatal Massage which benefits both mother and baby
  • Reflexology restores and maintains the body’s natural equilibrium by linking reflex points in the feet to organs of the body.
  • Sport Massage benefits athlete’s performance, delivers nutrients to the tissue and help soft tissue injuries.
  • Aromatherapy can be added on to a session or multiple essential oils can be used during a massage for relaxation, mood enhancement and balance of well being.
  • Hot Stone Massage adds heat which allows the muscles to relax even more and creates a calming effect
  • Body Scrub can be added before a massage (only for home visits) to remove dry skin and add moisture.
  • Cellulite Massage reduces and prevents cellulite using a special cream.
  • Lymphatic Drainage to reduce swelling caused by fluid retention and helps the body to eliminate waste and toxins.
  • Corporate Chair Massage for staff appreciation and wellness days.

Nadia has found much joy in providing massages over the years and will continue to reach out to more people and help them become more in tune with themselves through touch, energy, and healing. She encourages her patients to add massage as part of their health care and well-being on a regular basis.

Fees are:

  • 1 hour-$95
  • 75 minutes-$115
  • 90 minutes-$140
  • Half hour Massage-$55
  • Half hour Body scrub-$55 (only home calls)
  • Add on aromatherapy-$15

Home calls only available for services of 75 minutes and up for $20 extra within 20 miles radius from Gaithersburg, MD.
