Swedish Massage is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility.

Therapeutic Massage is a full body customized massage which includes the use of various techniques to include trigger point, deep penetrating hot/cold contrast, deep tissue, and swedish techniques (based upon individual assessment).

Lymphatic Drainage aims to gently and rhythmically move the lymph through the body, especially swollen areas of the body, relieving pressure and enhancing the functioning of the immune system. As both a preventative and remedial technique, LD can be used for a wide range of purposes including faster recovery from injury, reduction of swelling and discomfort, and strengthened resistance to illness.

Deep Tissue Massage is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body. Deep Tissue Massage is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. Due to the nature of the deep tissue work, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure you don't get too uncomfortable.

Reiki a Japanese form of energy work that cleanses and balances the energy system in the body. Reiki utilizes a gentle laying on of hands to conduct the necessary energy force to remove blockages and restore your vital life energy. Sessions are done completed clothed.

Geriatric Massage is designed to address the specific needs of the elderly population. This type of massage uses gentle and light application of massage techniques with oil or lotion to permit your muscles to be worked on without causing excessive friction to the skin. Geriatric massage has been shown to relieve anxiety and provide comfort, especially to touch-deprived elderly clients.

Aromatherapy Addition uses pure oil extracts such as lavender, chamomile, and peppermint added to your massage oil or cream to calm, revitalize, and rejuvenate your senses and your body.
