Physically, mentally/emotionally, and spiritually; I will help you in facilitating healing, and growth through the use of: Acupressure, Holistic Consultations, Lymphatic Drainage Manual Therapy, Aroma Therapy along with other healing modalities. I’m a Minister of Natural Health and Healing as well as a Certified and Licensed personal care provider in Washington, DC and Maryland.

I’m a native Washingtonian, began working on the feet and became interested in how the body works at a very early age. I studied bodywork methods and worked throughout the Washington D.C. area in a number of Health Clubs and Salons. I studied Nursing Technology at Montgomery College and I currently work with the Senior Population as a Geriatric Care Provider. I have studied Holistic Health Care at The Washington Institute of Natural Medicine, WDC., and I am Certified by the International School of Reflexology, Trained under May Post. Additionally, I am certified in Massage for Health Practitioners through the Washington Institute which is accredited through the American Alternative Medicine Association for continuing education.

Therapies/Services Offered:

Lymphatic Drainage: The method provides Gently and rhythmic movement through the lymph system of the body, especially inflamed areas, relieving pressure and enhancing the functioning of the immune system. As both a preventative and therapeutic technique, LD can be used for a wide range of purposes including faster recovery from injury, reduction of swelling and discomfort, and strengthened resistance to illness.

Natural Health Exam: This exam is a comprehensive study of the human body using observation skills from the Orient and Europe. It is a preventative approach focusing on organ system efficiency and cleansing. For each client the exam consists of a combination of alternative modalities such as Iridology, Tongue Study, Facial Observation, Pulse Study, a Japanese Hara technique, Remedy testing, and Natural Treatment plan recommendations. These techniques are not considered a medical diagnosis. For a diagnosis see a physician.

Acupressure - Acupressure uses light to moderate pressure which is applied to acupuncture points with the thumb, fingers, palms, forearms and elbows. Acupressure helps to bring the body into balance.

Lymphatic Acupressure: Lymphatic Acupressure is a specialized body work technique that applies repetitive acupressure at lymph node sites and acupressure along the meridians adjacent to lymph vessels. This is an energetic method that stimulates the movement of lymph fluid. This therapy assists with inflammation due to numerous heath complaints such as sinusitis, arthritis, gastritis, back pain, neck pain and more.
